Resurrection’s campus is open to the community for non-profit and private events. For further information regarding use of any of our facilities, please contact our Events and Business Administrator, Diane McCauley at 916-791-4661, ext. 227 or firstname.lastname@example.org
The Sanctuary, the centerpiece of our campus, serves as the worship center for our traditional services. Facing Douglas Boulevard, the Sanctuary was built with natural wood and stone and is designed in an intimate, semi-diamond shape. It seats 300. A 20-foot-high leaded glass window depicting the Resurrected Christ is a beautiful focal point that highlights the altar. The Sanctuary is equipped with a full sound system, piano and organ. The Sanctuary is available for wedding ceremonies, performed by your own Christian pastor or by one of our pastors.
Resurrection Faith Center
The Faith Center is our largest facility and is where we hold our contemporary service each Sunday morning, and also is the location for our Library and music rehearsal room. It seats up to 400 for dining or 525 auditorium style, and moveable interior walls enable us to create separate spaces suitable for smaller group gatherings. The Faith Center also has a fully equipped kitchen, a stage, a state-of-the-art sound system, video system, and wireless internet. The Faith Center is available to the public for a variety of gatherings including fundraisers, receptions, conferences and theatrical performances.
The Fellowship Hall, our original worship space, is now used as a smaller gathering space, seating up to 100. The Fellowship Hall is used for Sunday school, Bible studies, and a variety of men’s and women’s ministries. The building is used on an almost-daily basis by such community groups as Alcoholics Anonymous and the Boy Scouts.
The Grove is our outdoor chapel, located in a stand of oak trees behind the Sanctuary. Sunday worship services are held in the Grove during the summer months. Featuring wooden benches and electrical outlets, the Grove is also available for weddings and other outdoor gatherings.
The Nursery is located in the classroom building adjacent to the Fellowship Hall in Room #8. Our nursery caregivers provide a safe and loving environment for children, ages 2 months through 5 years of age, while parents attend church services and Bible studies. The Nursery is open from 9:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Resurrection has four classroom buildings where we hold Sunday school classes for children and youth ranging from toddlers to high school-age. There’s also a contained play area for younger children.
The Church Office includes office space for the staff and conference rooms used for a wide variety of meetings.
