Exciting, lively, energetic Lutheran ritual with genuine connection, choir, bells, organ, piano, and communion located in the Sanctuary
Contemporary music and modern preaching that incorporates relevant Lutheran theology and communion located in the Faith Center
Pretty awesome if you ask us! We have two different worship styles: traditional and contemporary.
Our traditional worship meets in the sanctuary, uses Lutheran liturgies or orders from the Evangelical Lutheran Worship (ELW) and music is lead by piano, choir, and sometimes organ. Its a familiar style if you've been to other protestant or Catholic worship services.
Contemporary worship meets in our faith center has a modern worship order, is lead by our band with praise music, and is casual.
You can worship online at our Youtube page as well.
You are welcome to wear whatever you're comfortable in. Our usual ranges from resort-casual to jeans and tee-shirts. So come as you are!
Absolutely! Children are welcome in worship at any time. There are activities available to occupy them and we have a crying room in the back of the sanctuary should you want privacy. There is also Sunday school or childcare available at the 10:30 service year round should prefer that.
You belong before you believe at Resurrection! We'll make you a member as soon as you request it. In the fall and spring we offer Resurrection Connection sessions for you to learn more about the church and then officially receive new members afterwards. Those sessions are helpful but aren't mandatory. Shoot us an email letting us know you're interested and we'll get you the most current membership information.
The main office is the first building to your left as you pull in the parking lot. There is a blue door labeled and visitor parking right in front.
We are Christian first. Lutheran is simply the way we understand Jesus, a group we relate to closest, and ritual that helps shape our practice. Lutheran faith believes Jesus gifts of salvation, forgiveness, and eternal life are free gifts of God because of God's love for us. There's nothing we can do to earn those gifts or God's love. So our lives are inspired to be better by these immense gifts.
